Ruben joins Hebrew Free Loan Society of Greater Philadelphia with a background in federal civil service and financial services, where he supported individuals navigating complex and often stressful life transitions. Guided by a commitment to humanitarian goals and public service, Ruben has managed application-based processes with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and dignity. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and recently relocated to Philadelphia, a city he has long felt connected to and now proudly calls home. Outside of work, Ruben enjoys baking everything from cookies and cakes to fresh breads and is excited to contribute his organizational skills and people-centered approach to HFL’s mission.
