Julie Rappoport is a leadership coach and facilitator at Rich Leadership, where she works with senior leaders and teams to sharpen leadership skills, increase effectiveness, and drive meaningful business results. She leads The Leadership Room, Rich Leadership’s small-group coaching program, and oversees the firm’s business development and operations.

Earlier in her career, Julie held senior HR leadership roles in digital marketing and media organizations, focusing on enabling high performance and guiding organizations through transformation and restructuring.

Julie graduated from the Double Degree Program, with bachelor’s degrees from Barnard and List Colleges. Originally from Fairfield, CT, she moved to Philly in 2021 after 15 years in Manhattan and considers it one of the best moves she’s made. Julie lives in Center City with her pup, Callie, and is excited to be part of HFL’s growing impact in the Jewish community.
