Arielle Lechner is an executive coach and the founder of NewPo, where she partners with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders to navigate high-stakes challenges and achieve transformational results. Prior to launching her coaching practice, Arielle built her career leading go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS and Web3 ventures.

Originally from Montreal, Arielle attended McGill University and was actively involved with organizations such as Hillel, Federation, CIJA, and CJPAC. After starting her career in tech in San Francisco in 2014 and moving to New York City in 2017, she is thrilled to now call Philadelphia home with her husband, son, and dog.

Arielle also serves on Federation’s NextGen board and is excited to bring her expertise in leadership development, marketing strategy, and startups to support HFL’s mission and community.
